For orders below RM180, shipping fee is charged at flat rate:

RM8 / West Malaysia RM15 / East Malaysia

Orders will be shipped out within 5 working days. Shipping days is estimated to take 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery period is around 3-5 days (West Malaysia), 7-12 days (East Malaysia).

The tracking info will be stated in your order once your item has been shipped.

Shipping fee varies according to couriers, region & product weight. Customer can choose and decide a courier company from our shipping system to ship your parcel. For International Order(s), the delivery period is around 10-18 days. Delivery to some distant areas will take a longer time. The given delivery date is an estimate counted from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time. Delivery might take longer time than expected due to incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances. Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

After the payment is processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation is sent, your order will begin to be processed.

1.) Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

3.)Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement is sent.

2.) Items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon items are received.

4.) All returns which do not meet the criteria mentioned above will be strictly declined and forfeited.

5.) We only refund in store credit term after we received and checked your returned parcel. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days.

Orders for International, if certain goods are defective or broken or different from what was ordered, customers are only allowed to request the refund within 7 days after received the parcel. Should you have any enquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Measurements stated may vary from 1cm to 2cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be displayed with slight differences. This applies especially to brighter hues. Requests for exchange / return due to such reason will be rejected.

Items with slight imperfections which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
